Youth Training
We select and train young youth leaders starting from 13 years old, to prepare them as future leaders at our camps. Before every camp we hold 3 days of training programmes for the leaders, leading them through our programmes and activities, giving them skills in leadership as well as counselling and support of vulnerable children.Preparing for the future is crucial to every organization.
Volunteers
About 60 South African volunteer Youth Leaders attend our camps each year, as well as assist in our Hope Clubs in 14 primary and high schools. Some help in our after school programmes at the Litsemba Centre by providing homework support to the children in the feeding scheme. They do bible studies as well as give the children individual attention.
